Project Overview
Refresh the internal brand for a clinical research organization and rebuild how its teams present, celebrate, and communicate. The starting point was scattered: inconsistent decks, milestone news buried in email threads, and no shared visual language for the work the company was proud of. The job was to give the internal brand a system people would actually use.
Process
We rebuilt the toolkit from the inside out. A new presentation template system gave every team a consistent, on-brand way to tell the pipeline story. Interactive team modifiers, including anniversary score cards, turned milestones and tenure into moments worth marking. And a team-led podcast replaced the standard all-company email, giving internal updates a voice people would actually listen to.
Final Results
